Daniel Clough

Daniel Clough has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Principal, Head of Legal & Executive Search - U.S. at JCW. Daniel joined JCW in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing recruitment operations in various industries. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where they served as a Managing Director from 2019 to 2020 and as a Director from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Landay Roberts, LLP in 2016. Daniel also gained experience in the political field as a Staff member for the Michael Eggman For Congress Campaign in 2016. Daniel started their legal career at Clough Law Offices in 2013, working on criminal and civil litigation cases. In addition, Daniel has held positions as a Legal Consultant at the Law Offices of John Aquilina in 2014, a Rule 38(d) Limited Practice Law Clerk at Pima County Public Defender in 2012, a Bar Certified Law Clerk at Santa Clara County Public Defender in 2012, and a Law Clerk at Arizona Federal Public Defender in 2012. Daniel began their legal journey as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Michael Clough in 2011.

Daniel Clough obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hartford between 2005 and 2009. Daniel further pursued their education at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree between 2010 and 2013, specializing in the field of Law.
