Edmond Mintah Jr

Edmond Mintah Jr has a diverse work experience in the credit and lending sector. Edmond started their career at Genworth as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative from June 2016 to August 2019. In 2019, they joined JCW Group as a Consultant in Credit and Lending, where they were responsible for bringing in quality talent for clients in various areas such as Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and Loan Administration. Edmond then progressed to the role of Senior Consultant in March 2022, focusing on the same objective. Edmond also took on the role of Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador at JCW Group in May 2021, contributing to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion practices within the company.
