Robin Fang

Robin Fang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across major companies. Currently serving as HRVP at JD.COM since September 2024, Robin heads the HR function for the Technology Business Group. Prior experience includes roles as SVP and Head of HR & Admin at PingCAP, where Robin developed strategies to enhance organizational capability and support global market growth, and VP of Human Resources at Meituan-Dianping, overseeing comprehensive HR strategies and analytics for multiple business groups. Earlier positions at Alibaba Group focused on leadership development, while roles at Oracle, Microsoft, Mercer, and Watson Wyatt emphasized organization and talent development consulting. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from HKUST Business School, a Master’s in Management from Peking University, and a Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering from Sichuan University.
