Scott Hayes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Scott started their career at Daimler Chrysler LLC as a District Manager, where they were responsible for generating revenue for a district of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealerships. After that, they worked at Chrysler Group LLC as an Area Sales Manager, where they maximized retail sales, vehicle production, and share performance. Scott then joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Field Distribution Manager, where they provided support and data to the field force. Scott also served as the FIAT Operation Manager, Great Lakes Assistant Sales Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and the Senior Regional Sales Manager SWBC. Currently, Scott is employed at J.D. Power as the Senior Director of Field Operations, where they are responsible for all profit and loss aspects of the OEM digital dealer field consultant program.
Scott Hayes received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Eastern Michigan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Google My Business, Google Ads Display Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2020.
