Steven Chan

Steven Chan is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product and graphic design. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at J.D. Power since May 2018, Steven has previously held roles as a Senior Product Designer in both permanent and contract capacities. Prior to J.D. Power, Steven worked as a Freelance Art Director at Briteweb, an agency specializing in nonprofit organizations. Notable past experiences include serving as a Senior Designer for Apple through Critical Mass, as well as owning and leading Canada's Choice, a direct marketing firm. Additional experience includes the role of Art Director at Theta Design, focusing on brand development and web strategy. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Alberta University of the Arts.
