Joshua Becker

Joshua Becker is an accomplished professional with significant experience in executive recruitment and talent management within the Cleantech and Sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at JD Ross Energy since January 2023, Joshua previously held a similar role at brightsmith from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior positions include Senior Manager at Progressive Recruitment, where oversight of Oil & Gas and Power/Renewables teams was essential, and Area Manager at Manpower. Joshua’s background also includes managerial roles at FlexTek Resources and Richard, Wayne & Roberts, coupled with military service as Electro-Optical Ordnance Chief in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and equipment management were key responsibilities. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University.
