Melody Matzdorff

Melody Matzdorff has had a range of work experience since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Weaver and Weaver Insurance. Melody then worked at Liberty University, where they held various roles including Assistant Internship Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Communications and Spiritual Development. In 2015, they joined The Kairos Company and worked their way up the ranks, eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff and Vice President. In 2022, The Kairos Company was acquired by JDA Worldwide, and Melody took on the role of SVP of Operations before becoming Chief of Staff.

Melody Matzdorff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Liberty University in 2012. Melody later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Liberty University in 2015.
