Hendrik van Niekerk

Hendrik (Henjo) van Niekerk is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at JDE since November 2023. Previously, Hendrik held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a team, implementing strategic initiatives, and enhancing employer branding across EMEA and APAC. With extensive experience in managing global recruitment projects at companies like The Coca-Cola Company and Korn Ferry, Hendrik has a strong background in talent strategy, diversity and inclusion efforts, and workforce planning. A former Managing Director at Maslow International and a consultant at Robert Walters, Hendrik holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Pretoria.
