Karen Curtin

Karen Curtin serves as the Human Resources Director for JDE Peet's and Campos Coffee, focusing on cultural and organizational transformation with an emphasis on psychological safety and employee engagement since January 2023. Previously, Karen held significant leadership roles at ING, overseeing a multi-year people transformation program across APAC and driving initiatives in performance, reward, and people services. Prior to ING, Karen enhanced reward frameworks at Samsung Electronics Australia and supported HR operations during a merger at Travelport. Karen's extensive experience in human resources began at Sony Australia Limited, where award-winning programs were developed and leadership models increased talent retention. Karen holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Sydney University.
