Marnix Tax

Marnix Tax is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business integration, supply chain management, and product development within the coffee industry. Currently serving as Global New Business Integration Director at JDE Peet's since July 2019, Marnix leads the integration of newly acquired businesses into Jacobs Douwe Egberts, managing M&A integrations with significant revenue impacts globally. Prior to this role, Marnix held various leadership positions at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, including Program Director Integrations, where responsibilities included designing the JDE operating model to facilitate mergers, and R&D Category Director for Roast & Ground Coffee, focusing on product innovation and improvement. Marnix's career spans roles at Sara Lee International and other divisions, emphasizing supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership across multiple operational areas. Marnix holds a Master's Degree in Agricultural Science from Wageningen University & Research, along with additional education from Nyenrode Business University and MIG-B/Nevem.
