Benjamin Mulder is a skilled Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at JDH Engineering since November 2020. Prior roles include positions at B&W Structural Designs, LLC from February 2019 to November 2020, and at Baker Barrios Architects between September 2017 and December 2018. Earlier experience at JDH Engineering from June 2013 to August 2017 contributes to a well-rounded expertise in structural engineering. Benjamin Mulder holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, achieved between 2011 and 2013, and also completed studies at Grand Rapids Community College from 2009 to 2011.

We work with each client to understand project needs, and develop creative building solutions. As of January 1, 2012 JDH Engineering became an employee owned company with 7 employee/shareholders. Ralph DenHartigh serves as President of Engineering along with the experienced staff with "tenure" ranging from 6 to 14 years (with an average of 16 years of industry experience). This cohesion and low turnover within JDH has bred trust, teamwork, and the mutual goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations. This group of committed, hard working individuals is excited about what lies ahead.
