Nicholas Shipe

Nicholas Shipe, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Nicholas began their career at T&D Foods Inc. as an Assistant Manager in 2010. In 2016, they joined JDK Management Company as a Recruiting and Training Coordinator. Nicholas was later promoted to Assistant General Manager / Training Manager and then Service Manager.

Nicholas Shipe, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Nicholas obtained a Diploma from Milton Area Senior High School in 2008. Nicholas then attended Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a Minor in Labor Studies and Employment Relations in 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Human Resources Management from Penn State University. In addition to their education, Nicholas Shipe, SHRM-CP has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they obtained a ServSafe Food Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association, as well as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. In 2020, they obtained a ServSafe Certified Instructor and ServSafe Registered Proctor certification from the National Restaurant Association.
