Richard W. Zentner started their work experience in 1999 at Berwick Offray, where they served as an Industrial Engineer/Master Planner until 2007. In 2007, they joined JDK Management Company as the Vice President of Hotel Operations and continues to hold this position.

Richard W. Zentner completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University from 1994 to 1998. Richard W. then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completing it from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Richard also obtained certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel and Lodging Association in February 2010.
