Paul O'Sullivan

Paul O'Sullivan is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at JDM Food Group Ltd since November 2020, overseeing the entire R&D process from design to launch. Previously, Paul held the position of Divisional Process Controller for the Prepared Meals business unit at GREENCORE PREPARED MEALS LIMITED, managing operations across six factories and conducting trials throughout the UK and Europe. Other notable roles include Process Development Manager at Solway Foods, and Process & Project Development Manager at TSC Foods, where Paul focused on new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. With a solid background in operations management, Paul has demonstrated expertise in managing CAPEX, factory extensions, and instilling site-wide improvements throughout their career.
