Carmen Greene

Carmen holds a Canadian CPA, CGA designation; an Applied BBA in Accounting & IT from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) and a Management Certificate in Professional Accounting, with Honours, from BCIT (BC Institute of Technology).

Prior to joining Explorer in 2016, Carmen was Construction Controller for one of Western Canada’s largest private developers. She previously held Controller positions at two Lower Mainland heavy-construction firms, and has over 13 years’ senior experience in the construction industry. Prior to this, she gained valuable financial experience working in higher education, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and public practice sectors.

Carmen joined Explorer Software in early 2018 as VP, Finance & Administration. She was responsible for the Explorer Finance and HR teams as well as working with the Executive team to improve operational efficiencies, performance and reporting.

In September 2019, Carmen was appointed President of the Explorer Software Group. She oversees the Eclipse, Contract Manager, Builder Software Tools, Pivot, Versyss, TCMS, ezDocs, TrueLine, and Shafers products.
