Giles Selby

Giles Selby is a retired property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing property portfolios for JD Sports Fashion, where tenure lasted from October 1999 to present as Director - Head of Property. In this role, responsibilities included managing a portfolio of approximately 700 stores across several brands including JD, Bank, Size?, Scotts, and Blacks, ensuring effective implementation of store strategy through coordination of various teams. Prior to this, Giles served as Area Estates Surveyor at Arcadia Group Ltd - Burton Menswear from 1994 to 1999. Giles holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
