Richard Flowers

Richard Flowers serves as the Global Head of People Strategy & Partnerships at JD Sports Fashion since February 2003, having held various senior roles including Group Head of International People Integration and International HR Business Partner. With experience spanning multiple international locations such as Ireland, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Belgium, Richard has developed expertise in HR projects and training and development within the company. Prior to this, Richard accumulated retail management experience at JJB Sports and Sports Division, along with early roles at JD Sports Fashion plc, contributing to a comprehensive career in retail and people management. Richard is a graduate of Auchenharvie Academy and Glasgow Caledonian University.
