Sarah Knowles has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the JD Outdoor Customer Operations Manager at JD Sports Fashion plc since July 2010, following a role as Customer Service Manager. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Manager position at Dunelm, where Sarah was instrumental in enhancing the call centre by implementing new telephony systems in collaboration with Mitel.
