Lito Aguiar

Lito Aguiar is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing, holding the position of Founder and CEO at Be Growth since April 2004. Lito is actively involved as a member of The CMOs Marketers community, which aims to cultivate the next generation of marketing leaders in Brazil. Current roles include Growth Advisor at JDREL, Fivelabs, Salesflow, and Conversor Fivelabs, focusing on innovative strategies for commercial performance. Lito previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Prosper Saúde e Benefícios and as Marketing Director at SIDESC, contributing to strategic planning and team management. Academic contributions include teaching at UNIVALI for over a decade in courses related to advertising and graphic design. Lito holds an MBA in Strategic Design Management and a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
