Anne Martin

Anne joined JDX in 2014 as general counsel. She advises on and manages all legal matters relating to the firm. In particular, in the early years, Anne was instrumental in growing the firm’s portfolio of client contracts and regional locations. Anne is also involved in wider strategic activities including the development of internal processes, policies and infrastructure, and compliance.

Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and worked in private practice for over 9 years as a general corporate/commercial lawyer with experience in M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, and corporate reorganization. She has an LLM from Cambridge University.
