Bethany Logan Ropa

Bethany Logan Ropa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate, lodging, and leisure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Americas and Managing Director for Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure at UBS since August 2008, Bethany also holds board member positions at JE Dunn Construction and SparkYouth NYC, and chairs the ULI New York from July 2018 to June 2024, having also served as Vice Chair and Chair of Mission Advancement. Bethany began her career as a Summer Associate in the Global Industrials Group at UBS Investment Bank in 2007. Educationally, Bethany earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in French from Walla Walla University.
