Dean Nickell

Dean Nickell is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as Vice President at JE Dunn Construction since June 2017, Dean has a proven track record of successfully managing job costs and project schedules across diverse sectors, including hospitality and higher education. Previously, Dean held the role of Senior Project Manager at Hyder Construction Inc., where responsibilities included analysis of subcontractor proposals, creation of critical path schedules, and the development of various project budgets. With a solid educational background including an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, Dean combines technical expertise with strategic financial management in the construction industry.
