Jeff Fisher

Jeff Fisher is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President at JE Dunn Construction since November 2023, Jeff previously held leadership roles at Perlo Construction, including President and Director of Business Development from September 2016 to May 2023. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Skanska USA, where positions included Vice President Business Development and Sr. Director of Business Development from December 2014 to August 2016, as well as various roles from Project Executive to Project Manager between January 1998 and December 2014. Jeff’s career began at Skanska USA as a Senior Project Engineer from May 1995 to January 1998. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Washington State University, attained in 1996.
