Joe Cisper

Joe Cisper has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Healthcare Division at JE Dunn Construction since January 1994, Joe has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Office Lead for Austin Texas. Prior work experience includes serving as Project Manager at Berry Construction Co., where Joe focused on healthcare projects in Southern California. Joe Cisper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
