Marshall Frey

Marshall Frey, C.M. is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and design coordination. Currently serving as Vice President and Project Director at JE Dunn Construction, responsibilities include managing the design aspects of the Kansas City International Airport project. Prior positions include Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC, as well as Project Manager roles at Swinerton Builders, where significant projects included the $46 million Tenaris Bay City Administrative Campus and a $28 million Naval Air Station hangar. Marshall also held engineering positions with NASA and Hensel Phelps Construction Co. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Kansas State University, Marshall has developed a comprehensive skill set in procurement, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout a progressive career in the construction industry.
