Martell J. Dyles

Martell J. Dyles currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for the West Region at JE Dunn Construction, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Martell was the Workforce Development Director at Triunity, Inc., from February 2018 to January 2022, where the focus was on leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Martell also managed the WIN Program related to Civil Rights and Diversity at RTD from April 2008 to February 2018 and previously worked as a DBE-SBE Project Manager at Armand Resource Group, Inc. from April 2008 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business from Full Sail University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Grambling State University, along with a Master of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University.
