Tina D'Elia

Tina D'Elia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Housing Case Manager at TGI Justice Project, Tina operates a consulting business focused on small business development while managing multiple projects, including co-producing and managing on-camera and theatrical initiatives. In the role of Outreach & Engagement Director at 3Girls Theatre Company, Tina fosters partnerships within marginalized communities. With a background as a professional actor and voiceover artist since 2004, Tina has also contributed to various organizations as a curator, casting associate, and educator, emphasizing inclusion and equity. Tina holds a BA in Women Studies with an English concentration from Earlham College.
