Carlos Alberto Borges

Carlos Alberto Borges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in applications analysis, system administration, and software development. As a Senior Applications Analyst at JEA since January 2014, Carlos has worked with various technologies including FMS, CAD, OMS, and web applications, utilizing tools such as ORACLE 11g-12, ASP.NET, and Telerik Controls. Prior roles include System Administrator Senior at CGI Federal and Sr. Software Engineer, with foundational experience as an IT Specialist focusing on SAP BW development at DLA. Carlos also served as Information Technology Director at the Puerto Rico Lottery and held a customer service role at Comair. Academically, Carlos holds a BA in Computer Science and a Master in Information Technology, obtained from the Interamerican University and focused studies in Electronic Data Processing, respectively.
