Darriel Brown

Darriel Brown, Jr. currently serves as a Purchasing Agent Senior at JEA, responsible for procurement and supply chain strategies since August 2021. In addition, Darriel is a Pastor at Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church from February 2023 and previously held the same role at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church from February 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes over nine years at Publix Super Markets, where Darriel advanced from Customer Service Staff to Sourcing & Contracts Manager, overseeing supplier selection, negotiation, and inventory management. Earlier experience includes a role at Zimmer Sales Academy as a Trauma Specialist. Darriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Polk State College.
