Junior Skepple

Junior Skepple is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at JEA, Florida's largest publicly-owned utility, Junior manages a multichannel communications strategy designed to engage and inform 2,200 employees. Previous roles include Internal Communications Specialist at Florida Blue, where communication strategies were developed for 3,000 IT employees and over 15,000 company-wide, as well as positions at Drive Logistics and American City Business Journals, where Junior focused on both internal and external communications. Additionally, experience includes academia as a lecturer at the University of Florida and roles in radio and television production. Junior holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Media Production from the University of Florida.
