Lisa Pleasants

Lisa Pleasants, CPSM, C.P.M., currently serves as a Senior Manager of Sourcing at JEA since January 2018, previously holding the role of Procurement Category Manager. Prior to JEA, Lisa Pleasants worked at CSX from July 1999 to April 2017, where the positions included Procurement Director and Procurement Manager in both Engineering and Indirect Purchasing. In these roles, Lisa Pleasants ensured the quality of CSX Track Infrastructure by effectively managing purchasing, delivery, and inventory, notably overseeing a crosstie inventory valued over $90 million and transforming the procurement card program into a "Best in Class" initiative. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida, complemented by additional experience in relocation management services, accounts payable, payroll, training and development, customer service, and public speaking.
