Patricia Gillum Sams

Patricia Gillum Sams is an experienced Diversity Program Manager at JEA since 2011, where responsibilities include serving as an in-house consultant and strategic partner to management, as well as acting as a diversity change agent for an organization with over 2,000 employees.
