Randy J. Ellis

Randy J. Ellis, CBCP, MBA, brings extensive experience in operations and maintenance management within various sectors, including wastewater treatment, water delivery systems, and district energy operations at JEA since June 2006. Ellis has held multiple managerial roles, overseeing the daily operations and compliance of treatment plants, maintaining water supply infrastructures, and managing chilled water facilities for government and commercial clients. Additional experience includes serving in the Georgia Air National Guard since August 2005, where responsibilities involve directing maintenance and repair activities for a variety of real property facilities and overseeing electrical systems. Prior military service with the United States Air Force included aircraft inspection and maintenance. Ellis holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and multiple degrees in technical management and electrical and mechanical technology.
