Tanya Nelson Middleton

Tanya Nelson Middleton, MBA, PMP, is an experienced Talent and Resource Management Specialist at JEA, where tenure began in February 2001. In this role, Tanya focuses on developing strategies and implementing programs aimed at enhancing Employee Engagement through attracting, retaining, developing, and rewarding employees. Prior to JEA, Tanya served as an Accountant at AT&T Universal Card Services (CitiCards) from July 1990 to December 2000, and held multiple positions as a Registered Representative at First Investors from 1983 to 1988. Tanya holds an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University (1993-1995) and a BS in Accounting/Business Administration from Eastern University (1976-1980).
