Marion Guimet

Marion Guimet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Jean Lain Mobilités since September 2021. Prior to this role, Marion worked at Prysmian Group from December 2016 to September 2021, holding multiple positions including Talent & People Development Manager for France and HR Project Manager. Key achievements at Prysmian Group include organizing an open house event for the site’s 85th anniversary and implementing a Quality of Life at Work action plan. Earlier experiences include serving as HR Officer at Amaris and Chargée de communication at Le Petit Tou. Marion holds a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from TBS Education, as well as international academic experience from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additional qualifications include a BAFA and graduation from Lycée Champollion with a focus on economics and sciences.
