Rushi Luhar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rushi began their career in 2004 as an Analyst at Citigroup, where they worked as a programmer in the eFX team and primarily used Java. Rushi then joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 as an Associate, leading the middleware tier of a high throughput trade processing application and managing a team in London and India. In 2008, Rushi moved to Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi as a Senior Developer, where they designed, developed, and supported the company's proprietary eFX platform. Rushi worked on the FX trading floor in Tokyo and in the Global Markets Sales and Trading Group in London.
In 2014, Rushi joined RBC Capital Markets as an Engineering Manager, overseeing engineering projects and teams. During their time at RBC, they successfully managed and delivered various projects until 2017.
In 2017, Rushi became involved with SentiSum, a technology startup that leverages Artificial Intelligence and Big Data to help enterprises gain a competitive advantage. Rushi initially served as an Advisor, contributing to the design and construction of SentiSum's data ingestion and machine learning infrastructure. Rushi also defined and executed the technology strategy for the company as they secured seed funding. From 2019 to 2020, Rushi transitioned into the role of CTO at SentiSum, where they led the growth, management, and mentoring of the software engineering and data science teams. Rushi played a crucial role in building and scaling the company's Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
In 2018, Rushi joined Jeavio as the Chief Technology Officer. Jeavio Venture Services offers product architecture, management, and development services to early and growth-stage companies. Rushi's responsibilities involve working with Jeavio's portfolio companies in an advisory capacity to improve processes, communication, and technology strategy. Rushi is also responsible for the technology, product, and process strategy, as well as engineering practices for Jeavio. During their time at Jeavio, Rushi played a key role in scaling the engineering practice from 30 to over 200 engineers, and they continue to contribute to their growth.
Most recently, in 2020, Rushi joined eCare Vault, Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer. No additional details were provided for this role.

Rushi Luhar earned a MEng degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, Rushi obtained a certification in Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care from LinkedIn in January 2023.
