Mukt Bihari is a seasoned academic and professional with extensive experience in information technology and education. Currently serving as Professor in Computer Science and Director of Training and Placement at JECRC since December 2006, Mukt Bihari focuses on enhancing student employability through mock recruitment drives and training plans aligned with industry needs. Previously, Mukt Bihari held the position of Professor in IT at CMR Institute of Technology and spent over 30 years at ITI Limited, leading corporate information systems and managing large-scale IT projects. Mukt Bihari began an academic career as a lecturer in the Computer Science department at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, contributing to the establishment of the department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics, both from BITS Pilani.

In an exclusive tie up with Microsoft Inc. the company has established their very first Microsoft i-spark Center in the country at JECRC under which students and faculties have patented their innovations.
