Cameron Hartley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cameron began their career in 2008 at Dudas Produce Farm and Market, where they served as a Field Manager, overseeing field work and managing cashiers. In 2016, they interned at GE as an EID Intern, focusing on inventory accuracy, creating Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures, and redesigning an assembly line for increased efficiency. The following year, they interned at Elanco as a Process Engineering Intern, assisting with change controls, implementing safety changes, and conducting sizing calculations for relief valves. From 2015 to 2017, Cameron worked at NC State University's Office of Information Technology Help Desk as a Help Desk Consultant, providing technical support and troubleshooting computer problems. Cameron then joined International Paper, where they held multiple roles, including Manufacturing Excellence Engineer, Power and Recovery Front Line Leader, and Front Line Leader SV8 Paper Machine. In these positions, they demonstrated leadership, improved processes, and managed frontline operations. Most recently, they joined S&B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. as a Process Specialist. Currently, they are working at Jedson Engineering as a Process Engineer, starting in 2023.
Cameron Hartley attended North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
