Frank M. Dolce, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Frank is currently serving as the Manager of Linguist Engagement at Jeenie, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at One To World starting in September 2021. From March 2021 to March 2022, they were the Education Director at St. Cloud State University and also served as the Program Director at the US Heartland China Association during the same period. Frank's role at Asia Society as the Director of Networks and Engagement lasted from November 2019 to February 2021, where they focused on developing innovative programs and digital platforms to foster engagement between young Americans and their counterparts in China. Before that, they co-founded Banter Language (漫谈), a mobile app that facilitated interactions between international and domestic students, and coordinated the work of various teams. This venture resulted in winning the National Language Flagship's Tech competition. Additionally, Frank served as a Ph.D. Instructor of Record for Mandarin Chinese at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2015 to November 2019. Overall, they have a strong background in educational leadership, engagement programming, and technological innovation.

Frank M. Dolce, PhD attended Carleton College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Chinese. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Pittsburgh. Finally, from 2015 to 2019, they attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they obtained a PhD in Applied Linguistics.
