Susanna Pang

Susanna (Susy) Pang currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Jeeva, focusing on the development of AI employees to automate manual tasks, particularly in sales. Susanna has held multiple leadership roles in operations, including Chief Operations Officer and VP of Operations at involve.ai, and has a background in finance and human resources. Previous experience includes key positions at Involve, Manscaped, Dermaclara, and SparkFin, where Susanna contributed to product development, operations, and pioneering fractional retail stock trading. Susanna was also recognized as Volunteer of the Year by the North County Philanthropy Council. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
