Shimpi Sharma

Shimpi Sharma is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Jeevan Rekha Superspeciality Hospital in Jaipur since February 2023. Previously, Shimpi held the position of HR Manager at Surya Hospitals India from February 2022 to January 2023, and served as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Eternal Hospital from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Shimpi worked as a Deputy Manager at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital in Pratapnagar, Jaipur, from September 2011 to August 2019. Academic qualifications include an M.Com from Subodh College (2009-2011), an MBA in Human Resource Management from The Takshashila Institution (2007-2009), and a Bachelor of Commerce from MG College, Udaipur (2003-2006). The foundational education was completed at Laxmipat Singhania School from 1989 to 2003.
