Fernando Urruela

Fernando Urruela is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in regional leadership and account management across the Caribbean and Central America. Currently serving as Regional Sales Leader at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since March 2020, Fernando is tasked with executing sales strategies and expanding distribution networks in diverse markets. Previous roles include Head of Marketing for Central America & Caribbean and key account management positions at Stanley Black & Decker, BIC, Newell Brands, and Kimberly-Clark, where significant sales growth and marketing strategies were successfully implemented. Additionally, Fernando operates as a franchisee for Mr Jeff, providing innovative laundry services. Academically, Fernando holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
