Dave Cavanaugh

Dave Cavanaugh is an experienced business owner and voice artist, currently serving as the owner and franchisee of the first two European Wax Center locations in the Inland Northwest since October 2017. Alongside Tami Cavanaugh, the focus is on enhancing the beauty industry in the region. As a voice-over artist since July 2020, Dave Cavanaugh utilizes a versatile voice to assist directors and producers in achieving their creative goals. Previously, Dave Cavanaugh founded and led New World Ventures, an incubator aimed at supporting customer service-driven small businesses. A notable career at Cisco Systems spanned nearly two decades, holding various director-level roles in HR and engineering, where significant contributions included developing talent strategies and establishing educational programs for engineers. Early career experience includes roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, where technical skills were honed in software engineering and artificial intelligence. Education includes a BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Colgate University and further studies at Northeastern University.
