Victor Martínez Alarte

Victor Martínez Alarte has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Victor began their career in 2017 with internships at BBVA and IDIBE, gaining experience in office operations, customer management, and legal research. In 2018, Victor worked as a Human Resources intern at Randstad España and Gi Group. Victor then joined Nortempo as an HR and selection administrative, later transitioning to the role of HR Consultant. Victor'sresponsibilities included client acquisition, candidate selection, and contract management. Victor also worked as an Administrative Banking Assistant at CaixaBank, focusing on administrative tasks within the banking sector. In 2021, they joined NSG Pilkington as a PRL Technician before moving on to Jeffapp as an HR Generalist. Currently, Victor is working as a Labor Technician at FISAT -Fundación Ángel Tomás.

Victor Martínez Alarte completed their Bachelor's degree in Law (Grado en derecho) from the University of Valencia, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they participated in the Erasmus program and studied at the University of Camerino, still pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Law. In 2016-2017, they took a course in corporate innovation (Curso de innovación corporativa) in Accounting and Finance at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Continuing their education, in 2020-2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and Regulatory Compliance (Master en Prevención de riesgos laborales y Cumplimiento Normativo) with a specialization in Workplace Risk Prevention (Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) at Universidad Nebrija.
