Chia-hung Tsai

Chia-hung (Jay) Tsai is the Managing Director and Head of APAC Quantitative Strategy, specializing in algorithm trading. They began their career as a Software Developer at TB Commerce and later held notable positions, including Senior Software Developer at AT&T and Assistant Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Jay progressed to become Vice President of Algorithmic Trading Technology at Barclays Capital before serving as Managing Director at Jefferies. They earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University.
