Cristina Passoni

Cristina Passoni is currently serving as Vice President at Jefferies since October 2022. Previously, Cristina held the position of Corporate Counsel at Kiva Brands, Inc. from May 2021 to September 2022, after working as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2017 to May 2021. Cristina began at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as a Summer Associate in 2016 and gained experience as an International Law Commission Legal Liaison at the United Nations in 2015, focusing on international law research. In education, Cristina was a Corps Member and Transition Leader for Teach For America, as well as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Oakland International High School, where instructional efforts targeted refugee and immigrant students. Additional experience includes roles in curriculum development and program analysis at various organizations. Cristina earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and holds a Master's Degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
