Luis Leon Carsi

Luis Leon Carsi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) structuring and syndication. Currently serving as Managing Director and EMEA CLO Primary Co-Head at Jefferies since September 2020, Luis has been recognized as GlobalCapital European CLO Arranger of the Year for 2024/2025 and previously for 2022/2023. Prior roles include Director and Vice-President in CLO Structuring and Syndication at Citi, where contributions led to multiple awards including GlobalCapital European CLO Arranger of the Year from 2017 to 2019. Luis also held positions at Credit Suisse, Societe Generale, and Natixis, with an impressive track record of award-winning CLO deals. Luis holds an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School and degrees in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and Universitat Politècnica de València.
