Madiha Hyder

Madiha Hyder currently serves as Vice President and HR Regulatory Manager at Jefferies since July 2024 and holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Bishop Perrin School Association since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at RBC from August 2020 to June 2024, where Madiha worked as an Employee Conduct Adviser - Governance Lead, Associate Director of Regulatory Compensation (on secondment), and Senior Manager of HR Risk and Governance. Madiha also served as a SMCR Project Consultant at Foundation Home Loans in May 2019 and as HR Manager at Habib Bank AG Zurich from June 2016 to April 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and an MBA in Human Resource from Bahria University.
