Paul Liang

Paul Liang is the Head of Hong Kong Compliance at Jefferies, where they manage all compliance functions and personnel across various sectors including Markets and AML. Previously, they held several vice president roles at Morgan Stanley, overseeing regulatory relations and company compliance in the Asia Pacific region. Their experience also includes serving as Director of Sales and Trading Compliance at Mizuho Securities Asia and providing regulatory advice at J.P. Morgan. Paul earned a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and an LLB in Law from The University of Hong Kong.
