Carol Williamson

Carol Williamson is currently serving as the Head of Compliance for Millennium in Hong Kong and Australia. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and as a Director at Barclays. With a background in law from the University of Cambridge, Carol has extensive experience in advising on structured products, financing documents, syndicated facility agreements, and leveraged finance.
